Leaf Cutter Bee

Apart from Honey and Bumble bee's, there are approximately 250 types of solitary bee in the UK. This is a Leaf Cutter Bee (Megachile centuncularis) on a Marigold flower in my garden. They are beautiful little bee's. It reminded me of a small silver pendant I once saw, in the shape of a Bee :)
