This Horsefly was on my windscreen. I used off-camera flash and was surprised to see that the actual fly was over-exposed but its reflection was not too bad. So this image is actually upside down :) Im presuming this is the female Horsefly (notice the 'cutting equipment below her mouth), as they do the biting; which I can confirm, is a very painful experience :)
