I spotted this Stoat along a pathway with a brook and hedgerow on either side. When the Stoat spotted me, it ran ahead but kept looking back - then it bolted in to the hedgerow and came out carrying what I think is the field vole it had just caught and dashed off. As I sat down to console myself for not getting a shot (:P), the Stoat reappeared at the top of the brook, for a split second and gazed straight at me as if to show me its catch, then it was gone. :)
